This demo features the DiShIn: Semantic Similarity Measures using Disjunctive Shared Information tool, which relies on the following ontologies (June 2025 versions): WordNet, HPO, GO, ChEBI, OSCI, CL, ECTO, ENVO, DO, and DeCS (2024 version).
The full preprocessed databases are available for download: https://labs.rd.ciencias.ulisboa.pt/dishin/doid202506.db.gz, just replace doid by other acronym to download other ontology.
