MER - Minimal Entity Recognizer

• lexicon (mandatory)- Name of the lexicon to use;
• text (mandatory)- Text to be annotated;

This is a demonstration of the tool Minimal Named-Entity Recognizer (MER), using the lexicons generated from the versions of WordNet, DeCS, HPO, GO, ChEBI, OSCI, CL, ECTO, ENVO, and DO available in July, 2024.
